ScrapMart: Christmas Memories

For today's Scrap-mart.com post, I thought I'd share a holiday card created with Spellbinders™ die templates, JustRite PaperCraft stamps and Authentique Papers Festive Collection papers.

Supplies - Cardstock and Embossing Powder: American Crafts; Patterned Paper: Authentique Paper (Festive Collection); Stamp: JustRite PaperCraft (Deck The Halls); Ink: Ranger (Peeled Paint Distress Ink) and TSUKINEKO (VersaMark); Pearls: Want2Scrap and Ranger (Liquid Pearls); Ribbon: Creative Impressions; Dies: Spellbinders Paper Arts (S4-283 2010 Heirloom Ornaments; S5-055 Layered Poinsettia and S5-135 Fancy Ribbon Threader); Adhesives: ScraPerfect (the Best Glue Ever) and SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES BY 3L (3D Foam Squares)

• Cut/Emboss S5-135 Fancy Ribbon Threader and thread 1/2" white ribbon through the openings. apply Liquid Pearls (some may dry flat so reapply for more dimension).
• Cut/Emboss/Stencil two S5-055 Layered Poinsettia #1 (the smallest). Stencil through the die with Peeled Paint Ink, distress, adhere together and center three dark pink pearls.
• Cut/Emboss S4-283 2010 Heirloom Ornament #4 and ink the edges with Peeled Paint Ink for depth.
• Stamp ornament image (VersaMark), apply Zing Red Glitter Finish embossing powder and heat. Stamp "Christmas Memories" with Peeled Paint Ink. Cut/Emboss with 2010 Heirloom Ornament #3. Adhere with foam squares and place on top of larger ornament die cut.
• Adhere the Fancy Ribbon Threader die cut onto an A2 red card base and cut in half pearl swirl to extend behind the ornament die cut.
• Assemble as shown in finished picture.

I created with chipboard, patterned papers, Spellbinders™ Paper Arts die templates and of course, KURETAKE ZIG products to make my holiday decoration!

Supplies - Patterned Paper: Authentique Paper (Festive Collection); Markers: KURETAKE ZIG (Brushables/Spring Green Two Way Glue and Wink Of Stella/Clear); Bling: Creative Impressions; Dies: Spellbinders Paper Arts (LF-126 Grand Squares, S5-122 Ribbon Banners LG and S5-055 Layered Poinsettia); Photo Corners: SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES By 3L (White); Other: Chipboard, Self-Adhesive Easel

First I created the base with LF-126 Grand Squares die cut in chipboard and Authentique Paper's patterned paper. Adhere together with KURETAKE ZIG Two Way Glue.

Next I edged the sides with KURETAKE ZIG's Brushable Spring Green marker for a uniformed edge.

With the same Brushable marker, I doodled with both tips (two tones of green) around the edges to embellish.

I cut/embossed S5-055 Layered Poinsettia with "merry" patterned paper and swiped KURETAKE ZIG's Wink of Stella Clear onto the petals for extra sparkle.

With the same set, I stenciled the leaves with the Brushable marker.

I also colored the white photo corners to match up with the rest of the frame and assembled as shown in the finished project.

To finish, I cut/embossed a banner die from Ribbon Banners LG set, titled it "Seasons Greetings" and placed a flower rhinestone in between. Here's a second look...

Honey, I'm home!!

WHEW!!

SO so happy to be home but miss my Spellbinders™ Family already! LOL!! What can I say except for two little words that have a WHOLE LOT of meaning...THANK YOU!!!

Of all the manufacturers I have worked with, this Company is the most generous - so giving of their hearts, their hard work and their products which they are so proud of (and they should be!). I am so honored to be a part of it all!
