私は金曜日のみ出店となります(少しだけど）。でも、カードのmake n take（体験講座）をやります！Spellbindersのダイを使って一緒に作りましょ～！

I will be participating only on Friday (9/9) with just a few items to sell. BUT I will be doing a card make 'n take featuring Spellbinders Paper Arts dies. Come create with me! See my samples below for each session :)

9月２日(金)の午前中に開催するmake n takeカードセット２枚のご案内です！
2枚セットで、参加費は760円です。持ち物は、テープ糊と、グロッシーアクセント等の液体糊です。

Morning Session Make 'n Take will feature a set of two cards for 760 yen. Please bring tape and liquid adhesives.

9月２日(金）の午後中のmake n takeカードセット２枚です！参加費は、午前の部と同じく、2枚セットで760円（税込み）持ち物は、水彩ブラシ又はペン, テープ糊と、グロッシーアクセント等の液体糊です。

Afternoon Session Make 'n Take will also feature a set of two cards at the same price as above. Please bring the same supplies as the morning session with an addition of a watercolor brush or pen.

To all my friends in the NAGOYA/AIICHI PREF area or even in Japan (lol!!), there is a Hobby Craft Fair at the MITSUKOSHI Department Store - HOSHI GA OKA location starting this week.

WHERE: 8th Floor
WHEN: September 28 (Wed) - October 3 (Mon)/10:00am - 7:00pm
GENERAL ADMISSION: Free

One of  my favorite stores, Memory Place the store, will have a booth there. BONUS: they will have some of Spellbinders™ Paper Arts newest releases and classic shapes available for purchase!!!!! BE ONE OF THE FIRST IN JAPAN TO OWN THESE!!!! How exciting :0)

I created this shaped card to be displayed in the booth using some FABULOUS Spellbinders die templates :0) Not only do these die templates cut, emboss and stencil but they work well as I ink INSIDE the edges of the die templates to create a letter press effect - one of my favorite technique :)

If you plan to sign up for the class, you will need to bring the following:　Paper Trimmer, Scissors, Inch Ruler, Liquid Adhesive, Tape Adhesive, Marker/Pen, Needle, Paper Piecer (めうち), Bone Folder and Sand Block or Sand Paper (basic scrapbooking tool kit).

2011 World Card Making Day!

Can't believe it's already coming up on October 1st! If you participated last year, you know there is a contest with this event :)

For more details, look at 2011 World Card Making Day Card Contest. Speaking of cards, I've been madly creating some cards and samples for a Japanese craft show in NAGOYA - my friends at Memory Place will be exhibiting there. I can't show all of them but I'd like to show one of my favorite ones.

One of my favorite stamp images - so pretty and sparkles so well with the pink glitter embossing powder. Love how it picks up the fine details!

スクラップブッキングのスタイルは個人の好みです。是非、ワークショップにはご自身で選ばれた素材をお持込み下さい。レイアウトを決める際には喜んでお手伝い致します！もちろん、各種素材やキットの販売も致しております。紙を加工するカッターツール等もいろいろ揃っています。

ランチやスナック等の持ち込みも歓迎です。

月一回のクラスをミツワの集会場で行います。毎月第2金曜日の午前9時半から午後1時までを予定していますが、悪天候等で学校が休校になった時などキャンセルとなった場合は、そのお知らせをＥメールで致します。ミツワの集会場は卵のコーナーと牛乳のコーナーの間の角に奥に入る扉があります。その中です。少し奥まって分かりづらいところにありますのでご注意下さい。ミツワのクラスではご自分の飲み物・スナックなどご用意いただけると助かります。もちろんお昼にかかりますので、ランチをご持参される方はどうぞお好きなときに取っていただけますのでお気軽にご用意くださいね。
