ScrapMart: Gracias

When Spellbinders™ Paper Arts came out with Die D-Lites™ die templates, I was THRILLED! Don't get me wrong I LOVE my Spellbinders die templates! But I just LOVE the smaller sizes :0)

I created a window card using D2-017 Medallion Three with my favorite paper manufacturers, Authentique Paper and Core'dination ColorCore Cardstock®!

Gracias Window Card by Margie Higuchi
Supplies - Cardstock: Core'dinations ColorCore Cardstock (Chocolate Box Collection); Patterned Papers: Authentique Paper (Lively Collection); Stamp: A Jillian Vance Design (Thank You Stamp Set); Ink: Ranger Ink (Distress Ink) and VersaMark (TSUKINEKO); Pearl: Want2Scrap; Dies: Spellbinders Paper Arts (S2-017 Medallion Three, S4-116 Standard Circles SM and S4-324 Ribbon Banners); Adhesives: ScraPerfect (the Best Glue Ever) and SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES BY 3L (3D Square Foams); Other: Pink Embossing Powder

Border Die: As a singular shape, it creates a solid die cut.

Border NESTED with Inset Die: Creates a beautiful accent.

NOTE:
Medallion Three set has two dies (BORDER DIE & INSET DIE). The BORDER DIE has two different uses - 1) a singular shape: it creates solid die cut; 2) nested with INSET DIE: it creates a beautiful accent. The INSET DIE used alone: creates a wonderful embedded pattern.

In my project, I used the BORDER DIE to cut out my window. The INSET DIE was used only to emboss a beautiful pattern into my cardstock. Sand all to let the pink come out of the inner core of the cardstock for a beautiful highlight!

REMEMBER ALL ARE AVAILABLE AT Scrap-mart.com!! Get them while they are in stock - they are popular :0)

Gracias!! Thanks for stopping by!

So pretty, Margie! I love how you let the pink come through the embossed piece. Love this color combo!
