Amazing Paper Grace July Die of the Month Blog Hop – Pop Up 3D Vignette Home Sweet Home

It's so true that all paths lead home. It's during this long stint with the pandemic that many of us have come to realize that it doesn't matter where you are; it's the people you are with. That's the inspiration that fed into the creation of the July 2021 Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month, Home Sweet Home.  The sentiment that comes within the set says it all - You are My Home.

There's just something so quaint and sweet about little houses. They mean so much to us - a place of safety, a place of comfort, a place of love. It's only fitting that one should show up as a Mini Vignette! This card folds flat to fit into an envelope to be sent through the mail.  It beckons you to insert your favorite pictures, a multipage note or sweet nothings on the four panels that rest inside.

Here are some ideas that might inspire you to create:
1. A mini scrapbook album
2. A table centerpiece with a house on each side
3. Separate the small house facade and use it on a card, a scrapbook layout, and beyond!

Dies for my creations today were supplied by Amazing Paper Grace.

There are 21 dies included in the Pop Up 3D Vignette Home Sweet Home.

My Project Today using Pop Up 3D Vignette Home Sweet Home.

It's a cute little mini album where using both sides of the card inserts gives you six areas to add whatever you like. In the first section, I stamped a sentiment from the STP-058 Beautiful Inside and Out Sentiment Clear Stamp Set, and add a floral motif from the Pop Up 3D Vignette Home Sweet Home set. The others were left blank for the recipient to fill in.

Designer Tip: When adding the card inserts inside the house, it might be a little snug. I trimmed off about 1/8-inch on each side for a smooth movement.

My second project is a welcome wreath made out of Creative Photo Corners interlocking together on top of a cardstock ring. To make the ring sturdy, I stacked/adhered three cardstock rings. After assembling my 3D Vignette House, I secured it on the lower left side of the wreath, using a card insert to sandwich the wreath. Then I accented the top and bottom with a combination of the flowers and leaf from the Pop Up 3D Vignette Home Sweet Home set and S3-420 Petite Floral Potpourri Etched Die set. One of my NEW favorites! LOL!

Love your little houses. The blue and white one looks like a beach cottage or one that you might see in New England or Maine. I have to say that I have never seen a Welcome wreath quite like yours. So clever to use photo corners to make the wreath and I like how the flowers extend out from the house which is so pretty.
