Dad by Margie Higuchi Supplies - Cardstock: Darice; Patterned Paper: Graphic 45 (A Proper Gentleman Collection); Stamp: JustRite Stampers (You Are The Best set); Ink: Clearsnap; Paint Pen: ZIG Kuretake; Pin: Maya Road; Gear: Idea-ology/Tim Holtz; Dies: Spellbinders Paper Arts (S4348 Postage Stamps, S4-291 Labels Fifteen, S5-048 Sprightly Sprockets and S5-028 Nested Pennants); Adhesive: ScraPerfect (The Best Glue Ever); Other: Button, Shrink Plastic |
I used shrink plastic to cut and emboss the gear in Sprightly Sprockets and colored with silver paint pen. It looked really shiney so I inked with brown chalk ink and it worked well! Layered all the pieces together to create a wonderful Father's Day card!

Great card, love the layered embellies!
That line is still one of my favorite lines from them. I hoard little pieces and make cards for men out of it. So that stamp shape is a Spellbinders die?
